Mike Pence Will Not Appeal Judge’s Order To Testify In Grand Jury

Former Vice President Mike Pence will not appeal to judge’s request to testify in front of a grand jury about the conversation he had with the the former President Donald Trump at the U.S Capitol.

The decision came after the federal judge released a statement that Mike Pence should testify to Trump Probe. The federal judge last month said that Pence must comply and cooperate with the grand jury subpoena presented by the head Trump’s investigation case special counsel, Jack Smith.

Trump’s team released a statement that there must been an executive privilege which restrict presidential conversations released in public. Investigation said that Mike Pence’s testimony would be a key to a deeper investigation into Donald’ Trump’s efforts to overturn the results in the 2020 election.

Mike Pence Will Not Appeal Judge’s Request In Trump Probe

When Pence will testify is not clear, though Trump could appeal by ruling by Judge Boasberg ordered Mike Pence would appear before the Grand Jury. Former President Donald Trump a front runner in the Republican presidential field ahead on November 2024 election is now under investigation on his case to overturn the election results in 2020. Mike Pence declined to give statement about the issue, he is protecting his name because he will also exploring a presidential run in 2024.
