Seattle police found the burglary suspect in a bathroom and describe it as ‘very wet’.
Burglary Incident In Seattle
According to the Seattle Police Department, a woman returned to her home Friday night to find a window smashed and an unknown man inside the house. The then woman immediately called police around 7:15 p.m. while she stayed outside her home in the 1700 block of 34th Avenue to report a burglary after spotting a smashed window and an unknown man inside, Seattle police said. Responding police officers reported their presence at the home and ordered the man to vacate the house.
After getting no response, authorities said officers searched the home and found the suspect in a bathroom and was bathing in a bathtub fully clothed, authorities said. Police described the man as fully clothed but “very wet” and officers also observed the bathtub was full of water and it was actually overflowing.
The Suspect Refused To Explain His Actions
.The 27-year-old suspect of breaking into a Seattle home has refused to come clean about his intentions to the Seattle Police, even though police caught him fully clothed in a bathtub filled with water.
Moreover, the Police didn’t immediately provide further details or release the man’s identity. The suspect was charged with residential burglary and booked into King County Jail.
