An accused 18-year-old Illinois man meet a 14-year-old girl on an online website and stabbed her after declining to have sex with him.
Illinois Man Stabbed Teen Over Sex
On Friday, a judge set bond at $2 million for an 18-year-old Illinois guy who traveled to Michigan just to meet a teenage girl aged 14 years old and then stabbed her for rejecting to have sex with him. According to Oakland County Sheriff Mike Bouchard, the girl suffered severe injuries but she “seems to be holding her own now.”
Julian Pinedo Face The Court Without An Attorney
The accused named Julian Pinedo of Monmouth, Illinois was charged with attempted murder during his first court appearance without a defense attorney on Friday. Moreover, the Investigators said that the victim’s sibling was in a deep sleep at the time of the attack located in Springfield Township and both parents weren’t home. The teen informed Oakland County Sheriff Mike Bouchard, that she met Pinedo on a social media website.
Lastly, the sheriff’s office said that Pinedo pleaded guilty and told investigators that he stabbed the girl right after she declined to have sex with him on the day they met.
