Reward Underway for Informants on 5 Escapees

Missouri Police launched a manhunt for five escapees, three of whom are known sex offenders. These inmates escaped from St. Francois County Detention Center in Farmington. The Sheriff’s Department expressed that the inmates escaped at around 7 pm. It started when the group entered a secured cell, then made their way through a secured door by use of force.

According to a published post by Fox News, it is believed that the inmates got onto the jail’s roof through corridors containing the facility’s plumbing. They then made their way back to the ground and out of the area. The inmates then stole a gray 2009 Scion TC with Missouri temporary tags from the parking lot of the Centene Corporation. They were last seen traveling in a southerly direction.
