Lindsay Clancy’s backyard was still littered with her murdered children three weeks after she allegedly killed them and attempted suicide, according to photos obtained by Fox News Digital.
This week, no one appeared to be inside the Clancys’ Duxbury, Massachusetts home, but toys for five-year-old Cora, three-year-old Dawson, and seven-month-old Callan were scattered throughout the yard.
During Clancy’s Feb. 7 arraignment via Zoom from her hospital bed, her defense lawyer, Kevin Reddington, painted a similar picture inside their home.
Photos of the backyard demonstrate that the outside was no different. There were slides of various sizes, swings, a small trampoline, a toy lawn mower, and a plastic replica of a child’s roller coaster, among other things, to play with her murdered children.
Lindsay’s husband, Patrick Clancy, returned home from running errands on Jan. 24 to find his wife on the ground in the backyard, which was littered with toys. She had attempted suicide by jumping from their bedroom window.
Meanwhile, prosecutors claimed during the arraignment that the children were dying in the basement with exercise cords around their necks.
Lindsay, 32, allegedly planned for the father of her murdered children to leave the house that evening and timed how long it would take him to run the errands as part of a premeditated plan to kill her young children.
Reddington has denied the allegations, painting a picture of a woman in a mental health crisis who was on many medications that turned her into a zombie.
She is still being treated in a hospital for mental health and physical injuries after Reddington revealed in court that she is paralyzed from the waist down.
After hearing arguments from both sides, the judge ruled that no monetary bail would be granted, and Clancy would continue treatments and be allowed to be transferred to other facilities.
Clancy is facing murder, assault, battery with a deadly weapon, and strangulation charges. On her behalf, a not-guilty plea was entered on all accounts. The police are investigating more after all the released photos of the backyard scattered with toys of the murdered children.
