Labrittani Watts is being jailed on a $400k bond After Firing A Gun Inside A Car Carrying Kids In Mississippi.
According to reports, a woman from Gulfport, Mississippi, was detained this week after she is accused of discharging a gun into a car full of kids.
According to Gulfport police, two ladies fought on Monday night on 6th Avenue, according to FOX 8 in New Orleans.
One of the women made an attempt to get into her car during the altercation and leave the area with her three children inside.
However, Labrittani Watts, a 22-year-old woman, is accused of brandishing a gun and opening fire on the car.
The second woman moved out of the way and into the path of the car as Watts fired the gun, getting run over.
The woman was hurt when her own car ran her over, but no one else was hit by Watts’ gunshots, according to the police.
Felony charges of aggravated domestic assault and three counts of aggravated assault, one for each child, led to Watts’ arrest. She was taken into custody and jailed on a $400,000 bond at the Harrison County Prison.
Also, Biloxi and Mobile had arrest warrants for the suspect for offenses like using a credit card with the intent to steal and petit larceny.
