Idaho taxpayers are set to receive a payment of up to $600 in the first quarter of 2023.
$600 From Rebate Will Be Received By Idaho Taxpayers – Tax Rebate
The Gem State is providing the rebate to people who were a state residents for the full years of 2020 and 2021 and has filed their taxes for the same tax years.
According to the state’s tax commission, the state has been disbursing the rebates since September and is aiming to send all of the payments by March 2023 as stated by The Gazette.
The state defines a full-year resident as someone who has either a home in Idaho for an entire year and spent 270 or more days of the year there or someone who has established themselves in the state for the entire tax year, added by the state’s tax commission.
Tax Rebate – Idaho Taxpayers Will Receive a Rebate Worth $600
Idaho residents who will get this rebate and those who sent banking information when filing their 2021 tax returns will be able to claim this payment through direct deposit.
Anyone else who will get this rebate will receive it through a check in the mail. More information regarding this rebate can be found on Idaho’s state tax commission website.
