Idaho Governor Brad Little signed a bill to become it a law on Wednesday. This law makes it illegal either to obtain abortion pills or to help minors by an adult to get an abortion without a parent’s knowledge and consent.
Anyone who will be convicted of the said crime will face 2-5 years in prison and could also be sued by the parents. This new law is the first of its kind in the United States and was applied and followed less than a year after Idaho Governor banned all illegal abortions. Some of the doctors and a regional Planned Parenthood affiliate have filed a complaint against the newly released law by the Idaho Governor.
They were against it because the law says it prohibits even physicians and some anti-pregnancy providers to give an abortion or abortion pills to minors. President of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, McGill Johnson released a statement that the governor must accept and allow some to go travel to neighboring states to access abortion cases.

The Idaho Governor disregarded it and said that they will do everything in their power to make ‘Abortion Trafficking” illegal and become a crime. Idaho is one of the many states in United America to effectively illegalize abortion and already have a law punishing those people who will obtain an abortion.
