Two carjacking suspects were caught in New York this week after allegedly stealing a Jeep and crashing it into a school bus full of children while being pursued by police.
According to Fox 5 New York, two suspects in Rochester, New York, stole a red Jeep at knifepoint from a 51-year-old female before being apprehended by officers conducting a traffic stop.
During the stop, police instructed the suspects to exit the vehicle, but the driver instead reversed the vehicle, slammed into one of the police cars, and fled.

Raymond Gonzalez, a bystander, heard the sirens and pulled out his phone just in time to record the Jeep flying the wrong way down a street before crashing into a school bus carrying 17 children.
The two carjacking suspects were caught after exiting the vehicle and trying to flee on foot.
Officers are seen chasing one of the suspects and yelling at him to “get on the ground” before apprehending him.
“Fortunately, neither the driver nor any of the students were injured due to the crash,” the Rochester Police Department said. “The city school district was notified of the accident and made arrangements to transport each student home.”
Maliq McCullough, 20, and Adeosun Hughes, 23, were identified as the suspects, and both were charged in connection with the incident.
McCullough faces first-degree robbery, second-degree assault, and third and fourth-degree larceny charges, while Hughes faces unauthorized motor vehicle use.
