Reporting Period 4

The Provider Relief Fund (PRF) Reporting Portal is now accepting for Reporting Period 4 (RP4). That provider who acquired funds during the fourth phase of the Provider Relief Fund has until 11:59 p.m. ET on March 31 to submit a report on using those funds in the Provider Relief Fund Reporting Portal.

The Phase 4 and ARP Rural payment reconsiderations deadline is February 21. Providers who believe their Phase 4 and ARP Rural payment was miscalculated have an opportunity to submit a payment reconsideration request by this deadline.  The Provider Relief Fund was founded by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act in 2020 and authorized healthcare providers to apply for payments for healthcare-related payments or lost profits attributable to the COVID-19 pandemic.
