New Jersey Police Arrests 5 Suspects Illegally Handling Controlled, Dangerous Substance (CDS)
As stated in a published post by Fox News, the police officers performed a search at an apartment in the 1000 block of Harrison Avenue, in Collingswood. They also searched a residence on Eden Hollow Lane in Sicklerville.
HAZMAT teams were requested to assist during the Collingswood home search as 11 officers were exposed to fentanyl and required treatment. 49-year-old suspect, Ali Cole allegedly tried to get rid of the evidence during the search. Among the items police found were 1,000 fentanyl bags, $40,000, one semi-automatic handgun, and various drug paraphernalia.

11 Officers Treated Have Been Released from The Hospital
The New Jersey Police officers who were exposed were immediately given treatment. They have been reportedly released from the hospital after. Four other men were arrested and identified as 33-year-old Adam Brackenridge, 40-year-old Donnell Horne, 35-year-old Stephen Thomas, and 45-year-old Teronne Perry.
Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay said that they were thankful that all exposed officers recovered and are now all healthy and safe. She then expressed the many dangers law enforcement face.
The arrested suspects were charged with first-degree maintaining a controlled, dangerous substance (CDS) facility and third-degree possession of CDS.
