New York, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania are the three US states sending money back to residents by a one-time paycheck. The scheme sent money to these states in the Nation to keep the residents buoyant during the difficult moments of the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to a published post by The US Sun, the states continued to pile up revenue from taxpayers at 2021 normal rates.
Massachusetts
The state, of Massachusetts, gathered an extra $3 billion that came back to residents through the early part of December. The residents of Massachusetts have been receiving paychecks amounting to up to 14% of their previous year, 2021, income. Some of the wealthy slash-millionaire residents in Massachusetts may earn up to $28,000.
New York
House owners in New York are getting tax rebates according to their income and the location of their houses. Qualified house owners will be eligible for a 2022 STAR credit or exemption, the report says, for less than $250,000 income in 2020 and also a school tax liability.
Pennsylvania
Up to $1,658 tax rebates are given to selected Pennsylvania residents.
