Thursday, According to Attorney General Merrick Garland, the Justice Department will take an emergency appeal over medication abortion drugs to the Supreme Court.
The federal appeals come after Texas’s judges announce that they will suspend the US Food and Drug Administration’s of approval of abortion pills. US Attorney General Merrick Garland said that they will be seeking emergency help from the Supreme Court to protect Americans’ access to safe and effective reproductive care.
Late Wednesday, the US Fifth Circuit Court also appealed the abortion will still remain available and easy access to Americans but unfortunately limited access to the first seven weeks of pregnancy down to 10 weeks. The appeal said that there should be in person visit to necessary obtain an abortion pill, should have the requirements approved and medication should not be sent by mail. D

DOJ Appeals Over Abortion Medication Rules To The Supreme Court
Danco Laboratories, where the abortion pill mifepristone manufacturer also want to defend the case of drug approval and would also have plans to appeal to the ruling Supreme Court. The court appeals return to them with pre-2016 FDA regime around the drug which prohibits the pill patients to get the pill through telehealth or virtual visit, providers should give an in house visit ir face-to-face procedures and also it is prohibited to sent by mail as well.
