Former President Donald Trump filed a lawsuit against his ex-attorney Michael Cohen over the breaching contract with him.
Trump Sues Ex-Lawyer Cohen for $500 Million Over Breaching A Contract
Former President Donald Trump is filing a case against Michael Cohen for $500 million for allegedly breaching his contract being his personal attorney. The case is filed in Florida court Wednesday, Trump said that his ex-attorney breached his contractual obligations through Cohen’s public statements, published articles and books, podcast series, and other media interviews.
Trump just pleaded not guilty to the alleged case about his business records and following an investigation about the hush money payments, this payment was actually made by Michael Cohen to the adult film sexy star Stormy Daniels.
It has Michael Cohen’s cooperation because the payment was made by him days before the 2016 election. Michael Cohen’s attorney, Lanny Davis released a statement saying that former President Trump is abusing the judicial system as a form of harassment against her client Cohen. Cohen didn’t release any comment as he is confident that the lawsuit that had been filed by Mr. Trump will fail based on the facts and the law.

$500 Million Payment Over Breaching A Contract Of Cohen To Trump
According to the lawsuit, Cohen revealed some confidential pieces of information about his relationship with former President Trump that those pieces of information will lead to the former president’s indictment. He is capitalizing on his confidential relationship with Trump to gain and repair his reputation in public.
