Some of the State’s retirees will receive five Social Security checks in March because the Social Security Administration sends up to 5 additional checks within the calendar month of March does not mean that pensioners will receive them. The maximum number of checks the American pensioner could receive in March is 3, with some exceptions.
Moreover, you must be aware that if you have an accepted Social Security benefit, you will get the cheque. and you could also receive a couple of other checks during the month. This will be the case if you have Supplemental Security Income accepted. Otherwise, you may only get more than one check-in in March if there are individual exceptions.
Social Security payment schedule for March
The Social Security Administration will give out age and disability retirement benefit checks on the following days:
- March 8, 2023
- March 15, 2023
- March 22, 2023
The Administration will have Social Security checks for different groups of retirees. The first March Social Security payments group is comprised of pensioners born between the 1st and 10th of the month. Second, the group obtaining payment on the 15th of March is the group of retirees with birthdays between the 11th and 20th of the month. The third group will be paid on March 22. This group contains pensioners’ whose birthdates fall between the 21st and 31st of the month. It is essential to put in mind that it does not count the month of the year in which we were born to acquire one of these checks. If your birthdate is in May or April you can receive both checks for March and the rest of the year.
For retirement payments, the Social Security Administration will send out other different payments for Supplemental Security Income. This benefit is once a month, but in March there is an exception. The two days the SSA will deliver these checks are the 1st and 31st of March. If you have a Social Security benefit and Supplemental Security Income got, you will have three separate checks during March 2023. And if we activate Direct Deposit, you will get the money immediately without having to wait. In total, we can have three checks in March, but this does not mean that all Social Security beneficiaries will have all three checks by the end of the month. Remember that to have all three checks, you must have both Supplemental Security Income and the retirement pension. As for retirement, it doesn’t matter if it’s disability, age, or some other reason.
