This Vine city financial assistance can be used with a home in a renovation mortgage loan as well. Moreover, Participants must be able to qualify got a 30-year fixed-rate FHA, VA, or conventional mortgage loan and attend a renovation education course.

To qualify for the Vine City financial assistance only those houses inside Atlanta will qualify for the incentive. Single-family detached homes, two to four-unit townhomes, condominiums, and newly constructed properties will all be eligible.
There is no price limitation for the property to participate, but there are the following income limits must follow:
- one-person in a household, with an income worth $94,500
- two-person in a household, with an income worth $108,080
- three-person in a household, with an income worth $121,520
- four-person in a household, with an income worth$134,800
- five-person in a household, with an income worth$145,880
