Deputies are searching for two men who were caught on a security camera attempting to break into an ATM at a gas station.
Two Washington Robbers
Washington robbers drive away empty-handed after hitting a roadblock attempting to break into an ATM located at a gas station. Deputies are looking for the two men caught on camera. According to Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred on January 17 in Bellingham, Washington at around 4:30 early morning. Deputies responded to an alarm at the gas station.
The robber entered the store by using a Jeep rip-off at the front entrance door. After breaking in, the other man exits the car and pulls an ATM out of the convenience store, Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office said.
When the two robbers kept pulling the ATM that the video shows, the Jeep repeatedly attempted to damage the ATM. However, there was no money appears to have been taken from the ATM. The two men eventually escaped from the scene and left the ATM at the gas station.
The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office Are Looking For The Two Robbers
According to Deputies, the jeep that the robbers used was identified as a stolen car earlier in the morning. And the Whatcom County Sheriff’s office is asking any individuals withholding information about the incident to call 360-778-6663.
