4 States Giving Payments Worth $300 and $1,658 – When To Apply And The Deadline

The Citizens of America should act quickly because there are four deadlines for claiming cash anywhere between $300 and $1,658. These payments are offered as inflation relief since the entire country is getting overwhelmed by the increased cost of goods across all sectors.

According to a published post by The US Sun, the officials announced the list of deadlines you need to know about to secure the payments by the end of this month.

1. Idaho ($600)

Less than 10 days are left to receive a rebate between $300 and $600 in Idaho. Taxpayers must file the required tax returns by December 31, 2022, to be eligible for the rebate. Brad Little, the Idaho governor, approved the $ 500 million in tax refunds for residents in September.

Individual taxpayers can expect to claim a $300 payment. In addition, joint filers will claim $600 checks or 10% of a taxpayer’s 2020 income taxes, depending on which is greater. You must have filed an Idaho individual income tax return or a Form 24 and be a full-time Idaho resident in 2020 and 2021 since nonresidents and part-year residents aren’t qualified.

2. Hawaii ($300)

Hawaii residents are required to file their tax returns by the end of the month to receive rebates of up to $300. Single taxpayers that have an adjusted gross income of less than $100,000 will get $300 individually.

Couples that earn less than $200,000 will also get $300 per person in their household, which means a family of four could get $1,200. Moreover, single taxpayers that earn more than $100,000 will still receive a $100 rebate. Taxpayers who have already filed their 2021 returns are not required to take action as refunds will be issued automatically.

3. Pennsylvania ($1,658)

Pennsylvania citizens are still able to apply for the state’s property tax rebate program until January 1. Direct deposit payments for Pennsylvania’s property tax rebate program started being delivered on July 1.

The capped standard rebate is $650, but some homeowners may be eligible for supplemental rebates of up to $975. Renters and homeowners who make $8,000 or less will be receiving a $650 rebate.

Those who make $8,001 to $15,000 will receive $500. Homeowners making $15,001 to $18,000 will be claiming $300 and homeowners making $18,001 to $35,000 will receive $250. Moreover, everyone who claimed a rebate will also receive an additional check worth 70 percent of the initial refund amount, the state announced. This means people who were eligible for $975 are now in line to take in $1,657.50 total.

Beneficiaries of the program are required to be as follows:
• 65 years and older

• Widows and widowers aged 50 and older

• Disabled and 18 years or older

4. Illinois ($500)

Less than 10 days remaining for many Chicago residents to earn a one-time $500 relief direct payment. The Chicago Resiliency Fund 2.0 was distributed by Mayor Lori Lightfoot and the Department of Family and Support Services to provide up to 25,500 qualified Chicago residents with cash.

The fund’s total of $ 14.68 million is aimed to provide support to residents who were unable to secure federal relief payments in 2020, including the Covid-19 relief funds. Chicago citizens must submit an online application to be considered for this payment.

They are accepting only one application per household. The recipients will be chosen by a random lottery as long as they show proof of qualification. Applications for the Chicago Resiliency Fund started on October 1, 2022, and will be accepted until December 31, 2022.
