A Man, they Called a “Brutal Rapist”
According, to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, a well-known sexual predator considered a “brutal rapist” after a woman was found mutilated has been arrested,
The sheriff’s office said Bruce Whitehead, a 54year old, was arrested Thursday after receiving a call from a local around 7 a.m. in the area of Landstar Boulevard and Weatherbee Road. Furthermore, in A statement released by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, on Saturday, Dec. 10 Bruce Whitehead allegedly assaulted the woman. Sheriff’s Office press conference said deputies responded to an area near Pine Hills Road, where they met the victim around 4 a.m.
The woman reportedly met Whitehead earlier that morning at a business by a mall where offered the victim paid to pay her $850 allowing him to “paint her for an hour.”. The Sheriff’s Office confirmed that the woman told authorities she willingly went with him at first.
According to WKMG-TV, Whitehead stopped at a convenience store and got the victim some water then allegedly drove away and park in Pine Hills, tagging the victim towards a wooded area. He then allegedly tear her clothes off and mutilated the woman and proceed to sexually batter her. the affidavit states Whitehead started to stab the victim in the chest several times, however, the victim fought back by kicking him in the chest and face then ran away to call help, according to the report.
Deputies Found The Victim Running for her Dear Life
Deputies discovered the victim, “scared and shocked,” believing Whitehead was going to end her. The Sheriff’s Office said they got arrest warrants for Whitehead and were pursuing charges of armed sexual assault, kidnapping, and attempted murder
Additionally, Whitehead already had a history of being convicted in prison for 20 years after being found guilty of kidnapping, armed sexual battery, and first-degree attempted murder in 1986.
