Coty Lyon Kicked her Daughter to Death
On Dec. 5, Coty Lyon was charged with second-degree murder and child abuse according to the Kalamazoo County court records. She was detained in the Kalamazoo County Jail and is being sentenced on a $50,000 bond.
On Aug. 7, reported to WWMT-TV Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a house in Almena Township regarding an unresponsive child. Upon arriving at the scene, they found a babysitter performing CPR on the child. By December, Michigan State Police said they were investigating the girl’s death as a homicide, Later on, she was identified as Olivia Stripling.
