On Thursday night, Dallas police made an announcement about the arrest of a suspect in the shooting death of a Family Dollar employee.

Tenery Walker, 46, was killed, and Roberts is accused of it. When Dallas police arrived at the Family Dollar in Oak Cliff on Thursday evening shortly after 5:30 p.m., they discovered Walker in the store’s back with a deadly gunshot wound.
Police said that when Walker was asked to leave the store, Roberts confronted him.
Police claim that Walker had already requested the Roberts to leave. Walker was shot, though, this time.
In order to find the offender, police made a number of CCTV photos available to the public.
Walker’s family told FOX 4 that the 46-year-old had only recently started working at the Family Dollar. He leaves two stepchildren and five biological children behind. Roberts is being held in the Dallas County Jail right now.
