FC Cincinnati reached a 100 goal milestone in this weekend’s match against the Pittsburgh Riverhounds, then surpassed it.

FC Cincinnati reached an impressive milestone on Saturday which went largely unnoticed and unreported. Danni König’s second-half equalizer was the 100th competitive goal scored by the Orange & Blue in all competitions. Kenney Walker then added another goal later in the half to bring the team’s grand total up to 101 goals (92 in USL regular season games).

Note that this total is based on USL regular season, playoff, and US Open Cup goals. It does not include preseason or friendly goals, and penalty shootout goals do not count toward the total.

Favorite Goals of All Time

There’s no shortage of great goals to look back on since 2016. Here are five of our favorite FC Cincinnati goals of all time.

The original – Sean Okoli’s scissor kick from 2016.

Our only playoff goal, Eric Stevenson’s bomb from downtown in the 2016 playoff versus Charleston.

Djiby’s double-header to slay Crew SC in the 2017 US Open Cup.

Wiedeman’s equalizing wonder-goal against Charleston last season.

Harrison Delbridge’s run and thunderbolt against NY Red Bulls II last season.
